Ordered there for the first time by phone a few days ago. The advice on the phone was absolutely great. Delivery time perfectly fine. Taste MEGA MEGA MEGA

Best burger place in town. Always come here for their delicious food. I've been coming here since spring, so cannot relate to the reviews from pre-corona times about long orders. I ate both in and take-out and every time was absolutely satisfied. You won't this variety of burgers anywhere in Ulm. The french fries are cuisine masterpiece🥰. My favourite ones are Fryan Reynolds, but the other special ones are really good too. Love when it's the real cheese on the fries🍟 Price-wise, I'd say that compared to QMUH or other places, Burgerheart should charge more(kidding). Interior is nice too. I like the glass walls and it's suitable for family get-togethers and dates. My only suggestion would be to bring back the thermo packaging for take-aways

Everything fine. Starting with the ambience, great music (not too loud and not too quiet), to the food and the service. A successful stay. We will be back

So. I have now opened a Google account to describe the rating of my predecessor. At the reception of Burgerheart there is a sign that says that you should be patient for a moment and then be received by an employee and then accompanied to the table. Admittedly, we also had to wait about 4 minutes, but that is completely within limits. Why do you just walk in, don't respect this great sign? It's definitely not there for no reason. Then there is a loud discussion in the guest room. Why? Everyone in the restaurant does a great job, adhere to hygiene regulations and make us guests happy. Then why can't a guest also do their part? I don't understand that. And then just leave a bad review! Our stay was great. Delicious food, nice staff, good music 🎶, great ambience. We'll be back for sure. And even then they have to wait again at reception. Thank you Burgerheart Ulm

PURE DISAPPOINTMENT We actually got a nice seat, but we had to wait a long time until we could order drinks at all, then we were told that we could not order our food yet because the kitchen was supposedly overloaded. After half an hour we could finally order something to eat. After ONE HOUR we received our food. Most of the sweet potato fries were burnt, the patty was way too small for the bun and so we had problems eating, and the bottle of water was way too overpriced (€ 4.45 a 0.75l bottle). In addition, we then waited more than 20 minutes until we could finally pay.

The best burgers in Ulm and the surrounding area! Friendly staff, very nicely decorated and the food tastes first class! Always happy, keep it up👍🏽

We went to Burgerheart Ulm yesterday. We managed to get the last seat on the terrace. Spent a great evening there with our friends. My absolute favorite is the Homemade Gin Limo with waternelon

Been to Burgerheart yesterday. With a little luck, get a table. The restaurant was absolutely full. Many were not as lucky as my husband and I. I ate a girls burger and my husband ate the El Gordo. Very, very tasty. Not to mention the service. Always on the ball, very friendly and great advice. We will definitely be back. BUT we reserve beforehand

Been there yesterday on the 7th. Nice atmosphere and good music 🎶. It was really very busy. Nevertheless, the waiting time of 30 minutes was absolutely okay, the service was very attentive and friendly and the food was very, very tasty. My favorite are the Reynolds

There were 4 of us yesterday at Burgerheart. The food was incredibly tasty in terms of taste. We only had to wait 20 minutes for it to be fully charged. The young woman in the service and the young man behind the counter were a well-rehearsed team, both very attentive and friendly.

Delicious food, very nice and attentive service. We thought it was really great how the hygiene regulations are implemented here. Thank you Burgerheart Ulm for this great evening

The burger was alright, but not the best from Burgerheart. A bit long waiting times, but friendly service. Edit: revisited, the burger was great as the usual Burgerheart quality, and service really friendly as we're used to!

Very very slow, moderate food. @Reply: Yes it is your standard. I’ve been there about five times in the last couple of years. Always the same experience (sometimes even slower than this week).

Essen TOP service FLOP We ordered food to be picked up by phone today. At first we were pushed away three times. The fourth time we were able to order. We should pick up the food in 20 minutes. There we were only brought half the order. Another bag was brought to us on request. However, a dish was still missing. The waitresses were blank and annoyed. Overall, the meal was only finished after an hour. Unfortunately, we only noticed at home that the order was still not complete. The food was very tasty as usual.

I have been here twice. The first time we had slow service, the burgers were average but the location was convenient. Yesterday, we waited for 10 minutes to be seated, with the waitress passing by us several times, just to tell us in the end that she had seen us. When we asked whether the free tables were available, she answered with a simple no. There was no communication of an estimated waiting time and we felt like our time waiting for that lady was a total waste. Frankly, the food quality does not justify the endurance of the bad service at all and I would recommend to visit FreshSub down the road or Hemperium across the street. They both serve food which is tastier, more affordable and you will be served by friendly, joyful staff.

The burgers were very good, however, they were quite pricy. The waiters were friendly but sadly very bad organised. We had to wait long until we were served even though there were not too many customers. E. g. we ordered a drink during food which came long after we finished and we had to wait for at least 20 min to get the bill...

The burgers wasn't actually bad, l liked it but it wasn't nothing special too. The problem was that we had to wait for almost 3 hours. It was bad experience. There was some problem with the ordering system and nobody told us in advance so we just ordered at the beginning then waited for an hour then the waitress told us that there is a problem and we have to wait and then we waited for 2 more hours.

they have so lovely burger! I'd like to go again. we didn't have reservation but we went earlier so it seems lot of place but we had to sit down close to entrance. hope next time we have seat near window.

I guess the only reason this place survives is that it is next to a theater. The burger was mediocre. My friend ordered a beef burger and they din't even as him how he wants his meat to be cooked. they just assumed that he likes it rare.. :/ And the chilly cheese fries were more like fries dipped in runny tomato sauce which made them slimy and soggy.. need i say more.. When we gave this feedback to the waitress, she was more like yeah I know we do it different compared to other restaurants.. :D yeah.. she was right about that.. the other places actually know how to make chilly cheese fries.. :P So.. I'm never going to go back there for a meal..
